We stand behind TEMPERED. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. Even if the pouch is opened. Even if it's half gone. No matter what.

To start a return or refund, email hello@trytempered.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. You don't need to ship anything back for a single opened pouch. For unopened additional units, we'll send a prepaid label.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: email hello@trytempered.com within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

Subscription orders are covered by this same 30-day guarantee.
