Cancellation policy

Cancel, pause, or skip anytime. No commitment, no fees.

How it works: When you choose Subscribe & Save, your TEMPERED ships automatically every 30 days, and your payment method is charged $99 on each renewal until you cancel. You'll receive an email before each renewal.

Managing your subscription: You can cancel, pause, skip a shipment, or change your delivery date anytime from your account, or by emailing hello@trytempered.com. To avoid being charged for the next order, make changes at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle. Orders already processed ship as normal and are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If we ever change subscription pricing, we'll notify you by email in advance so you can decide before your next renewal.
